*Stripped the the thread of many bores lately?* Most Hustler owners did, when tightening the steel exhaust collar on to the aluminium threat of the bore way back in the late 70s. I don't know if it is true or not, but back then I heard the previous incarnation _[The T20]_ was much faster. I had one Hustler that took a while to get going but could get over a hundred, and another that would get up to eighty a the snap of your finger but go no faster, gearing I guess.

Had the same problem. This video will help me. I did the factory 2.5 turns will dial it to 4.5 turns and measure the resistance in the ohms. And clean the choke thing. Mine didnt like being stored over the winter with 95 leadfree that has E10 10% etanol. Now all cleaned up changed gaskets and orings running on 98 oktan starts on the button but must have choke so will do the 4.5 turns and i think this will sort out the issue.
